Good day to everyone. I am a Filipino,currently working as a Nurse in KSA. My husband is currently residing in New Jersey,we have 4 children back in the Philippines.He went to the US as a seaman but never aboard on a ship,maybe we may call it "jumpship".we only had a communication for a year but after that I never heard of him in short he abandoned our family.I heard from friends that he is already married with kids.I just want to ask if this things are possible in the US?how can he get married when i did not sign for any legal proceedings,annulment or divorce?I know in another instances they are very strict in asking for certificate of no marriage, and in the first place he had an illegal entry?Is it possible if I want him to be back in the Philippines?
I hope you can give some answer and advice.thank you very much and more power.

I think you should get an attorney.
