You will need an immigrant visa to go and work in USA. This type of visa is permanent – get one of these and you're able to stay for good. Go through the article below to understand on which visa you can stay and work in US

You need to get an immigrant visa to get into the US and work. If your country is under the list of countries under the Visa Waiver Program, then this will also be not necessary.
