_ Birth certificate of foreign-born fiancée or fiancé

_ Birth certificates of the children of the parties

_ Divorce decrees and death certificates of prior spouses of the parties

_ Correspondence between the parties (including copies of e-mails) in the last 2 years

_ Transportation tickets of the USC for visits to the fiancée or fiancé in the last 2 years

_ Telephone bills showing long distance calls between the parties in the last 2 years

_ Receipts for engagement ring or other major gifts between the parties

_ Contract for rental of commercial space for future wedding celebration in U.S.

_ Statement from the USC giving facts when the parties met and that they plan to marry

_ Pictures of the USC and the fiancée or fiancé taken together, within the last 2 years

_ Resident-style pictures of the USC and the fiancée or fiancé

K-1 for Nonimmigrant Spouse of USC:

_ Marriage certificate of USC spouse and K-1 applicant

_ Divorce decrees  and death certificates of prior spouses of parties

_ U.S. birth certificate or U.S. passport, or naturalization certificate of USC spouse

_ Birth certificate of K-1 applicant

_ Birth certificates of children of the parties

_ INS filing receipt for Form I-130

_ Resident-style pictures of each of the parties
